It’s almost summer, baby! With my knee on the mend, I’m counting down the days until Bob and I can escape on a beach getaway. If we were leaving tomorrow, here’s what I’d pack:

A hat to shield the sun, big and wide to cover my face. Gap, Anthropologie, JCrew Factory.

A long cute skirt. I bought a bright pink maxi at the beginning of Spring and have worn that thing everywhere. Both of the above skirts are on sale and on my list to pick up asap. They’re high quality and easily transition from day to night.

A cute beach cover-up. Again, find one that you could throw on leggings under and you’ve got yourself a double duty piece. I love the green flower one for a huge pop- you will not be missed in a group picture!

A multi-purpose bag that has style. I like the nautical look of the blue striped bag but the masculine duffle would work for both me and Bob to carry around. (Anthropologie and JCrew)

Neutral sandals. If you’ve ever traveled with me or even gone out with me before you’ll know that I’m not usually one for neutral anything. But I bought these sandals last week and they’ve gone with everything I’ve put on. Buy them- they’re leather and comfortable.
